Floyd Bell Installs State of the Art SMT Fuji Line

With the recent addition of our state-of-the-art Fuji 732, 52,000 parts per hour surface mount line we have increased the throughput of our SMT line by a factor of five! With the addition of our Asymtek automated glue-dispensing machine we have the capability to place SMT components on both sides of our circuit boards. This allows Floyd Bell to reduce the size and increase the flexibility of our alarm products while retaining our high DB outputs. Our automation also allows us the flexibility of quickly designing and manufacturing unique products to meet your specific requirements.
